Harley Yeung Kurylowski
Harley Yeung Kurylowski is a London Based film director, editor and curator working across narrative film, experimental documentary and music videos, championing and programming queer cinema and curating a salon.
As an editor Harley has cut feature film trailers, experimental documentary, music videos, short experimental film and commercial mood videos.
In directing, Harley focuses on themes of intimacy and social inquiries from a queer perspective, with an agenda of re-envisioning narratives and representation. Harley’s short film IN REAL LIFE premiered at theICA London and featured on Dazed Digital’s 'Visionaries' series. In 2015 they were selected for the inaugural BFI Flare LGBT Mentorship scheme.
Since mid-2015 Harley is the head curator and founder behind KUNTINUUM an artist-run salon which meets quarterly in London and centres self-identified lesbians, queer and bi women, trans and non-binary folx. KUNTINUUM has also previously held public salons and talks at Tate Modern, the BFI, the Barbican and Somerset House.
